VMC (Vertical Machining Center)
This is a computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine that uses a vertically positioned spindle with rotating cutting tools to precisely remove material from a workpiece. It's ideal for complex machining of gear housing components and other parts with intricate features.
HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) Machining Centers
Another CNC machine, the HMC has a horizontally oriented spindle. This allows for efficient machining of larger workpieces that can be difficult to maneuver on a VMC. HMCs are well-suited for machining flat surfaces, pockets, and slots on gear boxes and other components.
Thread Grinding Machine Machining Centers
This high-precision machine uses a grinding wheel to create accurate threads on gear shafts and other parts. It ensures smooth and efficient meshing between gears by achieving precise thread profile and surface finish
Thread Milling Machine
A CNC machine that utilizes a rotating multi-point cutting tool to create threads. Thread milling offers faster processing compared to grinding while maintaining good thread quality. It's a versatile option for various thread types on gear components.
Worm Gear Center Tester Distance Centers
This specialized instrument precisely measures the center distance between the worm and the worm gear. Maintaining correct center distance is crucial for proper gear meshing and optimal gearbox performance. This tester ensures Vraj Gears' products meet stringent quality standards.
CNC Turning Center
A CNC machine with a rotating spindle that holds the workpiece. Cutting tools are positioned along the turning axis to create cylindrical shapes, threads, and other features on gear shafts and other rotational components. This allows for high-precision and efficient production of various gear parts.
